Beautiful house. Dream plot. Spectacular sea view.
You will find this little paradise by the sea between Costa Calma and Morro Jable near one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in the south of Fuerteventura. From here you can walk for hours by the sea towards Costa Calma or much shorter to Morro Jable. You will also find one of the most popular bathing beaches here, which slopes quite shallowly into the sea and invites you to relax and sunbathe.
This house offers an exclusive holiday realm for 2 to 3 adults or a family with 2 kids. One bedroom and a small study and reading room are provided for overnight stay. The bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Another bedroom, at the end of a corridor, remains locked and is the private area of the owner family. There is also a small flat at the house (separate), which is occupied by a gentleman who takes care of the large garden of the house and is otherwise also on the island a lot for work. You will not notice anything else about him and you will spend an absolutely undisturbed holiday here on a large property that cannot be seen.
The heart of the villa is definitely the sensational terrace area with a beautiful garden and sea view. You enter this area directly from the large kitchen or the large living room. One terrace area is protected from the sun. Here you can eat your meals at a long dining table with a magnificent sea view, read your favourite books in your reading chair or simply enjoy the distant view in a rocking chair: through the garden over the sea to the light blue horizon. The shaded area opens directly onto a large sun terrace with sunbeds and another small dining table. From here you can also enjoy the view of the lush vegetation of the property and the impressive seascape. And if all this is not enough outdoor space for you, you will find another spot in the garden or – just around the corner – another very rustic terrace area, which belongs to the private and locked room, but which you are also welcome to use.
Inside the house you will find, as already described, a beautiful bedroom with en suite shower room and a small reading and study room with sea and garden view (also with sleeping possibility), a very cosy and large kitchen with further dining table and a very large living room with sofa area as well as large SAT-TV flat screen. The villa by the sea is furnished to a high standard and convinces with a very homely and warm living climate.
Look forward to a relaxing stay in a soothing, chic and natural ambience very close to the sea, in the popular south of the island on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Europe (as travel journalists repeatedly describe it). Look forward to the soothing Atlantic air around the clock, a sensational sea view already at breakfast, the sea moving all around as well as the rustling of the palm trees in your large and well-kept garden.
By car you can reach a very large Mercadona supermarket near Esquinzo in about 3 to 4 minutes, as well as a pharmacy, an excellent restaurant, another hotel restaurant and a small bar. There are also popular beach stalls on the beach: one of them recently with opening hours until late at night. Morro Jable or Costa Calma are only a maximum of 10 minutes away by car and in between you will find one beach section after the other, which also invites you to sunbathe.
