A small, sleepy island village away from mass tourism, which has recently been increasingly discovered by finca holidaymakers. Here you can combine a quiet holiday in the rural and authentic area of the island with a wonderful seaside holiday or, depending on your preference, with a hiking and mountain biking holiday.
If you prefer to go straight to the sea, you will find it at Gran Tarajal, for example. A wide sandy beach with great bathing opportunities awaits you there. You can get there in about 10 minutes by rental car. The small Canary Islands town of Gran Tarajal, which is also quite unspoilt and has been spared mass tourism, also offers a pretty sea promenade with several restaurants, bars and cafés. But it is also not much further to the neighbouring beach at Las Playitas.
Finca Teberite offers you sophisticated living comfort and plenty of space to relax. Families with children will especially enjoy the beautiful private pool and terrace area. Have breakfast directly by the pool and sit outside for a long time in the evening after a cosy barbecue – under the clear Canary starry sky.
The house offers you on approx. 160 sqm 3 large bedrooms, two large shower bathrooms and a very large kitchen-living area with modern kitchenette, dining area and sofa area with plasma TV on the wall (SAT-TV). The bathrooms are very tastefully furnished, one of the bedrooms has an “en suite bathroom”, and all bedrooms are modern and cosily furnished and have a very cosy charm, especially due to the high ceilings and the historic brickwork. From the also very cosy and spacious living-dining area, you go directly to the large sun terrace with pool. The terrace is approx. 200 sqm and the garden around the house approx. 350 sqm. The living ambience is of high quality and the special architecture of the house offers you a nice feeling of extremely much free space. You will receive a cleaning service after 1 week, as well as a change of bed linen and towels.
Tuineje is away from the usual tourist places and offers good possibilities for tours in every direction due to its central location. The distances are usually short, whether to the rougher west coast, to Pajara, Ajuy or Bentacuria, to the beautiful sandy beach and wide bathing bay at Gran Tarajal, or high up in the north to Corralejo and the kilometre-long sandy beaches in the south of the island. You never drive much longer than an hour at the most. The village has a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, petrol station, restaurants and is about 7 kilometres from the sea. The neighbouring villages also have some good restaurants, a butcher and another good bakery with popular island-typical baked goods.
