This very tastefully furnished holiday home is located in a very well-kept residential complex in Costa Calma. You can book it completely for the family or with friends, or of course only one of the two, completely independent, holiday flats. Both flats are very stylishly furnished and while the upper flat offers distant views over Costa Calma and even a little sea view on the horizon, you will find an even larger terrace for sunbathing and relaxing in the lower flat. The house is south-east facing and you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening.
The upper flat has two bedrooms. One of them has a double bed and the single bedroom can also be fitted with another bed if desired. The open, bright kitchen/living room area leads directly out onto the large balcony, which offers enough space for 2 sun loungers and an outdoor table with four chairs. The kitchen with small counter is well equipped and offers you the added convenience of a washing machine. On the nice sofa you can make yourself comfortable with a book, watch the TV programme of your choice or browse the internet with the computer. The flat also has an attractive shower room with natural light.
You enter the sun flat on the ground floor via the very large terrace, which also offers 2 sun loungers and an outdoor table for 4 people. The open-plan kitchen/living room area is also extremely tastefully furnished in a bright and friendly manner. This flat has a large bedroom, which also leads out to the terrace, and a large shower room with washing machine. Here, too, you will of course receive satellite TV and internet.
Look forward to sun all day long, close to the endless dream beaches in the south-east of Fuerteventura. Look forward to the fine sandy “house beach of Costa Colma”, the “Playa de Costa Calma” or the “Playas de Sotavento”, a magnificent beach landscape south of Costa Calma.
