Casa Mar III is located just a few steps from the beach. It is part of a modern residential area that was the last to be built in the small former fishing village. There you will also find our house Casa I, Casa II and Villa Arinaga.
The house has 3 bedrooms, which can be found on the upper floor. One bedroom with a large double bed, another with two single beds and a bedroom with a sofa bed. 6 people can sleep well here. There is also a very large bathroom with shower on the upper floor. In the basement you will find the salon with dining table, a large separate kitchen, and a small bathroom with shower. Outside you will find a small pool with whirlpool function and the terrace with BBQ area.
It is only a few steps to the sea and the village.
The beach here, typical for the Atlantic, changes its face very often and is a mix of fine sand, small and larger stones. The bay is very suitable for swimming and there are rarely any large waves to be seen here. The former fishing village lies between Costa Calma in the south and Gran Tarajal a little further north. You can reach both places from here by car in about 10 to 15 minutes. There is a very well-stocked supermarket in the village, as well as nice bars and restaurants. Two of them are directly by the sea.
So you can sit by the sea in the evening and enjoy a few glasses of wine or other alcoholic drinks without having to drive afterwards. The sunsets here are usually particularly beautiful.
