Modern holiday home by the sea away from the crowd
Like Casa del Mar I, this holiday home is situated on the pretty beach of a small former fishing village in which a very tranquil tourist infrastructure has developed over the past few years – also quite pretty to look at with the newly built promenade.
The house itself is located in the second row of the beach and you can reach the sea, the small, pretty promenade and the beach very quickly on foot. The beach here consists of a mix of fine black sand and small to medium-sized pebbles. The sea is usually very calm here and invites you to swim in the beautiful Atlantic.
Not immediately recognisable from the outside, the house offers a lot of space inside for up to 6 people. Here you will find 3 bedrooms (1 with sea view), 2 shower bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), a large modern kitchen and a nice living and dining room spread over 2 floors. The outdoor area is also attractive. You will find a spacious patio area around the house – but without a pool in this house.
Quiet and away from the crowd, but still close to Costa Calma, Morro Jable or Gran Tarajal.
The house is situated in a tranquil little village with a well-stocked supermarket, a few bars and 3 restaurants – one of which we can highly recommend. The small seaside village is only a few kilometres from the pretty, authentic Canary town of Gran Tarajal (about 10-5 minutes by car). This place is also directly by the sea and offers a beautiful wide bay with a sandy beach. Here you can also swim in the sea or linger on the promenade in one of the many restaurants, bars and cafés, eat or buy fresh fish at the harbour. In addition, you will find plenty of shops and several supermarkets in Gran Tarajal. Costa Calma is also only a maximum of 10 minutes away by car and the beautiful old fishing village of Morro Jable about 20 minutes. And almost as quickly you can be on the east coast or in the sleepy, fine town of Pajara.
