This modern holiday home is located in the south of Fuerteventura, very close to the famous sandy beaches that stretch over 30 kilometres from Costa Calma to Morro Jable. But if you love and are looking for the sea, you will find it just a few metres from the villa. It is practically at your feet here. A very beautiful, usually less frequented bathing beach is only a 2-minute walk away – within sight of the house. You cannot miss it from the beautiful spacious pool area.<\/p>\n

\nDreamlike sunsets are on the house every evening for free, so to speak. One is guaranteed to be more beautiful than the next, and the only question is what to serve with it? Fresh fish from the in-house grill perhaps? Supermarkets are nearby, one directly in the village, many more can be found in Gran Tarajal or Costa Calma and a popular and very nice market with fresh island and organic products also takes place every Sunday in a neighbouring village (only about 5 minutes away by car).<\/p>\n
This holiday home in the south offers you a lot of space: with 3 bedrooms, one of them equipped with a very robust sofa bed. Downstairs you will find a large living room, a separate large kitchen and a small shower-bathroom. Upstairs you will find the 3 bedrooms and a large shower room. One of the bedrooms has an additional TV and a beautiful balcony with pool, sea and wonderful views of the striking mountain range in the southwest of the island – the famous “Pico de la Zarza”, which is also ideal for hiking or mountain bike tours. If you ever get bored of the sunsets by the pool, this balcony offers a wonderful change.<\/p>\n
Apart from that, you don’t have to do without internet in this villa by the sea, just as you don’t have to do without German SAT-TV with two TV sets or a washing machine. Everything is here. The kitchen is well equipped and basically has everything you need on holiday.<\/p>\n
