This chic holiday home is located on the edge of Cassilas de Morales, near Antigua and Tuineje and close to the golf course at Caleta de Fuste. It convinces with its modern equipment, a lot of space and its spacious outdoor area. Relaxing in the sun or in the shade, reading books, listening to music, swimimg, having a barbecue – here you have lots of possibilities to relax around the house and also inside. In the large living room, in the cozy reading corner under the roof or outside on the small roof terrace, which adjoins the reading room and offers beautiful far reaching views. We are sure here or anywhere on the spacious grounds around the pool you will find your favorite place.

The swimming pool area is also large and beautifull. So – where would you like to sit? Outdoors? Directly at the house and under the sun or rather on the shaded terrace at the „pool-house“, which also has a second pool kitchen? Here you find also the large outdoor grill for all BBQ fans among our guests.

You see. This house offers enough space for nice holidays. Completely pragmatically, it offers you 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with bath & shower and one with shower, a large living room with dining table and sofa corner, an open kitchen with view into the living room and adjoining room with washing machine and a exit to the pool. The large bedroom offers you beautiful pool views, private bath and a walk-in wardrobe, as well as direct access to the pool.

The house is centrally located near Antigua and ieal for golfers or also for a trip to the north and to Lanzarote.

Cassilas de Morales is, of course, the perfect place for island tours in all directions. There is enough to see and the golf course or beach and ocean of Castillo/ Caleta de Fuste is only 15 minutes away by car.  To the beautiful and lively island capital Puerto del Roasario you can drive in 30 minutes for shopping and the famous and historic island capital Bentacuria is also only about 20 minutes away. And for more trips to the sea, you can drive for example to the very authentic town Gran Tarajal with its beautiful sandy beach and the promenade with a lot of restaurants and bars. The well-known bays around Cotillo and the almost white sandy beaches on the dunes at Corralejo are only about 40-45 minutes away and you do not need much longer to reach the south of the island – Costa Calma and Morro Jable.

It is even possible to go on a day trip to Lanzarote.  The house is in a perfect starting point.  It is a short and easy drive to Correlejo, around 40 minutes, take the first ferry and then come back home on the last ferry.
