This modern holiday home is located in the south of Fuerteventura, very close to the famous sandy beaches stretching over 30 kilometers from Costa Calma to Morro Jable. But if you love the sea, you will find it only a few meters from the villa. It is here at your feet. A very nice, mostly unpaved beach is only 2 minutes walk away – within sight of the house. You can see it from the beautiful spacious pool area.

Fantastic sunsets here, every night, so to speak „free of charge“. One more beautiful than the other. Supermarkets are nearby, one in the town, many more can be found in the neighbour towns. Gran Tarajal or Costa Calma and a popular and very beautiful market with fresh island and organic products is also held every Sunday in an other small town very close (only about 5 Minutes in the car).

This holiday home in the south of Fuerteventura offers you plenty of space: with 3 bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a very robust and large sleeping sofa. In the lower part of the villa is a large living room, a separate large kitchen and a small shower bath. In the upper part of the house you will find the 3 bedrooms and a large shower room. One of the bedrooms has an additional TV and a beautiful balcony with a pool view and wonderful views to the mountains in the south-west of the island – until the famous „Pico de la Zarza“, which is also suitable for hiking or mountain-Tours. If you are ever bored with the sunsets at the pool, this balcony offers you a wonderful change to enjoy it from an other perspective. The villa has Internet, Satellite TV with two TVs, one washing machine. Everything there. The kitchen is well equipped and offer basically everything you need on a vacation. And i f you miss something – we are always there to assist you.
