The villa offers 3 bedrooms, one of the bedrooms with en suite bathroom and walk-in closet, a total of 2 bathrooms, a very large living room with 2 comfortable sofas and two armchairs, German TV and WiFi, a large and fully equipped, modern kitchen with dining table (everything kept very open), a balcony with mountain views and a beautiful terrace with sea views and partly covered. Near the kitchen is a pantry with a washing machine and fridge-freezer.

The lower area of ​​the villa, with entrance to another side of the house, has an apartment with a quiet tenant that you will not notice in your vacation. He has his own entrance on the other side of the house and, like you, he enjoys the tranquility of the secluded location on the west coast.

Although you can usually park directly in front of the house, the villa also offers a garage and parking space. At the entrance to the villa there is also an outdoor shower and if you want to store valuables in a safe, you can do so here.
