The residential area is very well maintained and the house has enough space. Up to 4 people will feel comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and oven and from here you have a clear view of the dining room and the port.

The bright living area offers you a couch, satellite TV, WiFi and serving access to the magnificent sun terrace with a great view. On some days you can even discover the neighboring island of Gran Canaria from here.

The two bedrooms are in the upper part of the house. The bedroom with harbor and sea views leads directly to another balcony. The bathroom is a bright shower room with toilet.

The location is very popular with those looking for a holiday home within walking distance to the center of Morro Jable and yet in a much quieter location, away from the hustle and bustle of the village. In a maximum of 10 minutes you are in the center with the many restaurants, small bars and shops, as well as on the beautiful sandy beach and the quiet bay of the village.

It is only about 3 minutes to the delicious fish restaurant at the harbour. There is also another small sandy and bathing beach there, which is very popular with locals in summer.
