This very spacious house offers you a lot of space. It is located in a small original village by the sea and only a few minutes from Costa Calma.

You will find everything you need for a vacation by the sea here. Restaurants (a very good one), bars, a well-stocked supermarket, every Sunday a beautifull market with local agricultural products, as well as a pharmacy for emergencies. And you have the choice between the secluded beach right in front of the door or the famous, kilometer-long, wide sandy beaches of Costa Calma and Jandia.

The house itself offers you a lot of space to relax. Inside and outside. On the ground floor you will find a very large winter garden and a very large living room, a guest toilet and a large, perfectly equipped modern kitchen with washing machine, oven, separate room for the washing machine and a small additional chamber. The highlight of the kitchen is a water filter, which converts the water into drinking water and saves the hassle of carrying water cans.

On the upper floor you will find 3 bedrooms that are currently not yet equipped as planned. One room is still missing a bed and the third room has to be refurnished. (Photos will follow). However, the master bedroom with satellite TV, en suite bathroom and walk-in closet is as you see it here. From here you get to a large balcony with a wonderful sea view. There is also a second bathroom with a shower bath.

Another highlight on the ground floor is a large outside terrace with BBQ and seating. Look forward to a wonderfully relaxed holiday by the sea in an original island ambience away from mass tourism.
