Large holiday home with a small jacuzzi by the sea.

Casa Mar III is just a few steps from the beach. It is part of a modern residential area that was be built in a small former fishing village at the sea. There you will find also our houses Casa I, Casa II and Villa Arinaga. 

The house has 3 bedrooms, which can be found on the upper floor. One bedroom with a large double bed, another with two single beds and a bedroom with a sofa bed. 6people can sleep well here. There is also a very large bathroom with shower on the first floor. In the basement there is the salon with dining table, a large separate kitchen and a small bathroom with shower.

Outside you will find a small pool with whirlpool function and the terrace with BBQ area.

In a few steps to the sea and the village.

The beach changes its face here, which is typical for the Atlantic, and it is almost a mix of fine sand and small stones. The bay is very suitable for swimming and you rarely see bigger waves here. The former fishing village is located between Costa Calma in the south and Gran Tarajal a little further north. Both places can be reached from here by car in about 10 to 15 minutes. There is a very well-stocked supermarket in the village, as well as nice bars and restaurants. Two of them right by the sea.

You can sit here by the sea in the evening and enjoy a few glasses of wine or other alcoholic drinks without having to drive the car afterwards. The sunsets are usually particularly beautiful here.
