This spacious cottage is located near Tuineje, on the edge of a small village, surrounded by a fascinating volcanic landscape. The mass tourism is far away and yet there is an excellent holiday infrastructure within easy reach: good restaurants, bars, a small, very popular island bakery and also the sea and the sandy beach are only about 15 minutes away.

Immediately upon entering the finca you will feel that you are going to spend a wonderful holiday in a very special atmosphere. The architectural spaciousness with the wide rooms and high ceilings, bordering almost with space, fits however again excellently to the spectacular distant view and the magnificent views, which one has already out of the house, as well as naturally from the external areas around the Finca.

There is much more than just a generous kitchen, a tasteful dining room with a view of the patio, a spacious „double living room“ with a room for the TV-enjoyment and another, which gives you a sensational and much better view of the „House-Vulcano“ – directly through a large panorama window. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, one of which is a large, with a walk-in „shower-room“ with a large sitting area (easy to fit 5 persons at the same time). And no matter where you are in the house, the view to the outside is always a very special one – into the mountain landscape.

In the outside, you will have plenty of space and, of course, an even better view of the surroundings. If you are looking at the covered terrace, you will hardly ever have the idea to sit in the kitchen or at the dining table for breakfast or lunch and dinner. No – thanks to the pool, the garden and the volcanic view, this table is definitely one of the best tables on the island. However, we are sure you will find it hard to find a favorite place in this finca. The offer is just too big for that.
