This very tasteful furnished holiday home is located in a very well maintained residential complex in Costa Calma. You can book it completely for the family or with friends, or, of course, only one of the two completely independent holiday apartments. Both apartments are very stylishly furnished and while the upper apartment offers views over Costa Calma and even a little sea view on the horizon, you will find in the lower apartment an even larger terrace for sunbathing and relaxing. The house is south-east oriented and you can enjoy the sun from morning till night.

The upper apartment has two bedrooms. One of them with double bed and in the single bedroom can be placed, on request, also a further bed. The open, bright living kitchen area leads directly to the large balcony, which offers enough space for 2 sunbeds and an outdoor table with four chairs. The kitchen with small counter is well equipped and offers the added convenience of a washing machine. On the pretty sofa you can make yourself comfortable with a book, receive the TV program of your choice or browse on the Internet. The apartment also has an attractive shower room with daylight.

The sunbathing on the ground floor you enter via the very large terrace, which also has 2 sun loungers and an outdoor table for 4 persons. The open kitchen area is also very tastefully, bright and friendly furnished. This apartment has a large bedroom, which also leads to the terrace and a large shower room with washing machine. Here, too, you will of course receive SAT TV and Internet.

Enjoy the sun all day, close to the endlessly long dream beaches in the south east of Fuerteventura. Enjoy the fine sandy „Costa Colma Beach“, „Playa de Costa Calma“ or the „Playas de Sotavento“, a magnificent beach landscape south of Costa Calma. The dream location for wind and kite surfers as well as all other water sportsmen.
