From here you are in only 40 minutes to the south or in the island capital of Porto Rosario. Just around the corner is the small fishing village of Las Playitas, which also has a small, nice sandy beach and a small promenade. There are also some restaurants on the beach, which offer fresh fish specialties. And a little farther away lies the Faro de Entallada, which many consider to be the most beautiful lighthouse in Fuerteventura.
