Modern holiday home by the sea away from the crowd

This holiday home is like Casa del Mar I locared close to the pretty beach of a small former fisherman’s village. In this village a very small tourist infrastructure has developed for some years now – also with the newly built promenade very nice to look at.

The house itself is located in the second row of beaches and you are on foot very fast by the sea (2 minuts), on the small, pretty promenade and the beach. The sea here is mostly very quiet and invites you to bathe in the beautiful Atlantic.

From the outside not immediately recognizable, the house inside offers a lot of space for up to 6 people. There are 2 shower-baths (one on top and one below), a large modern kitchen and a nice living and dining room. The outdoor area is also attractive. You will find around the house a spacious terrace area – with this house however without pool.

Quiet and secluded, yet close to Costa Calma, Morro Jable or Gran Tarajal.

The house is located in a quiet small town with a well-stocked supermarket, a few bars and 3 restaurants – one of which we highly recommend. The small town by the sea is only a few kilometers from the pretty, authentic Canary town Gran Tarajal (in about 10-5 minutes by car to reach). This place is also located right by the sea and offers a beautiful wide bay with sandy beach. Here you can also swim in the sea or stay on the promenade in one of the many restaurants, bars and cafes – at the harbour you can eat daily fresh fish. Moreover, in Gran Tarajal you will find plenty of shops and several supermarkets. Also to Costa Calma it is only a maximum of 10 minutes by car and to the beautiful old fishing village Morro Jable about 20 minutes. And almost as fast as you are on the east coast or in the sleepy, fine town of Pajara.
